WAKULLA MARINE INC. (“Wakulla”) warrants the original purchaser that our products are free of defects in workmanship and materials under normal and proper usage for 2 years for the ladders and hardware items, 5 years for the pedestals, 1 year for the upholstery and cushions and 5 years for boat seat frames (the “Warranty”). The Warranty is subject to the additional terms, conditions and limitations set forth below.

The warranty is voided if the product has been damaged by abuse, misuse or neglect, accident, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or service, misapplication or other use not arising out of defects in workmanship or materials.

Wakulla shall not be liable for loss or misuse of its products, or liable for any other incidental or consequential costs, expenses, or damages incurred by the original purchaser or by any other person or firm.

Wakulla will either replace or repair, at our discretion, products covered under the warranty when returned prepaid and insured with proof-of-purchase date to:

Returns must be approved in advance by calling Customer Service at 314-546-5001. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wakulla Marine Inc., disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied. The sole and exclusive obligation of Wakulla shall be to repair or replace the defective products in the manner set forth above. Wakulla shall not have any other obligation with respect to the products or any part thereof, whether based on contract, tort, and strict liability or otherwise. Under no circumstances, whether based on this Warranty or otherwise, shall Wakulla be liable for any special, punitive or consequential damages.

Wakulla’s employees or representatives’ ORAL OR OTHER WRITTEN STATEMENTS DO NOT CONSTITUTE WARRANTIES, shall not be relied upon by customer, and are not a part of the warranty stated herein.
